Hmm well you are wrong on that count that "hosting" is not illegal. That's the same argument that 'holding' stolen or illegal property for a 'friend' is perfectly legal.
Or another way to put it is, why then are child pron or death videos removed if the person is merely 'hosting' the content?
So then, 'hosting' is illegal as you are well aware of the content yet choose to do nothing to stop the distribution of such content.
I can't tell if that response is one of the most idiotic asinine responses Ive seen or if its not actually the most idiotic asinine responses ever.
It makes me think of a little child's reply to a question beyond their comprehension.
You're the one claiming to know more than the site does about how the law stands on hosting media..the response you got was rather polite under the circumstances..
There will be no further communication on this subject from myself..there's simply no point as you all seem to know so much more than the sites legal team..
